September 1st

Symptoms for today.

Woke up with a headache and sore throat. Didn’t sleep very well last night, went to bed about mid-night and mostly tossed and turned.
Feel weak. Obviously tired, but can’t sleep. Ate a bit and felt nauseous, not vomiting nauseous, but just like it was bad food. A little trouble breathing- mostly deep breaths cause me to cough. No phlegm.
Pain under my right arm continues, about the fifth rib down. No swelling I can feel. This causes my lower right arm on the outside from the elbow to the end of my pinky finger to feel numb. Not sure where this fits into it all.
Eyes feel ‘stuffy’, like hey fever I guess. Some problems with focusing.
Generally feel bla.
